Role Description
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth working in assisting and showcase eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities
assisting in RERA litigations
Facilitating Developer clients with RERA Compliances (Project registration, compliance, etc.) on RERA portal
Ancillary services relating to major land laws
Qualifications
Law graduates with 3-4 years experience
Preferably candidates opted for Land Laws subject
Familiarity with Law and Land laws
Enrolment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
Good drafting and legal writing skills.
Good knowledge of legal procedures and functioning of courts and tribunals.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
