About the Opportunity

ATS Infrastructure Limited invites application for the post of Senior Legal Associate/ Legal Associate in their Legal department.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should have a degree in LL.B. / LLM with post qualification experience of 3-8 years
• Candidate should have ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation.
• Excellent drafting skills along with Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Real-Estate industry is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Indian property laws including (DRT/SARFASI) and RERA (Conciliation)).
• Knowledge of legal compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Assist Legal team in matters pertaining to legal disputes, litigation, and other legal matters.
  
  
• Drafting and Reviewing of Legal Documents, Proficient in Litigation, including criminal matters, civil matters, DRT, RERA, NCLT, NCLAT
• Knowledge of criminal matters including trial, appellate, 156(3), FIR, 138, Complaint.
• Knowledge of civil matters including arbitration, execution, recovery and trial.
