About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced legal professional to manage the company’s legal affairs across India. The ideal candidate should possess strong legal acumen, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate with legal professionals across various jurisdictions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee all legal cases involving the company across India.

 • Draft and vet legal documents including petitions under Section 138, criminal matters, and arbitration proceedings.

 • Coordinate and communicate effectively with external legal counsels and advocates.

 • Travel to states including West Bengal, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and Rajasthan to attend legal matters and court proceedings.

 • Identify and empanel competent legal professionals in various states as per the company’s requirements.

 • Maintain comprehensive records of ongoing legal matters and regularly update the management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Law Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fluent in Punjabi Language
  • Notice Period – Immediate Joiners
