Role Description
We’re Hiring: Lawyer – Dispute Resolution / Litigation / Arbitration (1+ Years PQE)
Location: Pune
Type: Full-Time
Rishabh Gandhi and Advocates (RGAA) is looking to recruit a Lawyer with a minimum of 1+ years of post-qualification experience in Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation, and Arbitration.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and vetting of Plaints, Written Statements, Interim Applications, Replies, Statements of Claim, Statement of Defence, Counterclaims, etc.
Drafting and vetting of settlement agreements, consent terms, legal notices, legal notice replies, demand notices and replies
Providing legal opinions and conducting meetings with clients
Appearing before Trial Courts, Bombay High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi-judicial authorities
Candidate Profile:
Law graduate with a valid license to practice
Good Understanding of procedural and substantive legal principles
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to apply laws to facts accurately
Focused, committed, and disciplined approach to work
Willingness to take initiative and learn continuously
Remuneration: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)
