Role description
Legal Associate : Delhi | In-person
Restoworks (www.https://www.restroworks.com/) is looking for a Legal Associate to join our in-house legal team at our Delhi office. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience who enjoys working on a diverse mix of contracts and compliance matters in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including SaaS contracts, commercial contracts, general contracts, and employment agreements;
- Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business operations;
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy requirements across all jurisdictions Restroworks operates in;
- Develop and maintain contract templates, processes, and policies to drive efficiency;
- Identify potential legal risks and propose practical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
LL.B. with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong experience handling SaaS and commercial contracts.
Exposure to employment law and data privacy laws.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to balance attention to detail and business needs
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
