Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and file ROC forms, annual returns, and other statutory filings under the Companies Act
Draft notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes for Board and General Meetings
Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with company law requirements
Assist in conducting Secretarial Audits and internal compliance checks
Handle incorporation, changes in directorship/shareholding, and related company law documentation
Support Trademark Registration and IPR filings; respond to client queries related to intellectual property
Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities (MCA, ROC, Trademark Registry), and internal teams to ensure timely compliance
Stay up to date with changes in Corporate and IPR laws to support internal advisory functions
