Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patent Agent located in Chennai. The Patent Agent will be responsible for drafting and preparing patent applications, conducting patent searches, and assessing patentability. The role involves liaising with clients to understand their inventions and ensuring compliance with patent laws and regulations while maintaining high standards of ethical practice.
Qualifications
Skills in Patent Preparation and drafting patent applications
Experience with Patent Applications and conducting Patent Searches
Knowledge of Patent Law and assessing Patentability
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
Reistered Indian Patent Agent
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
