We are looking for a 08 Qualified CS (with a valid membership number) for our corporate office in Pitampura, Delhi.
Requirements:
Fresher CS or 1+ year experience in ROC, MCA filings, and compliance for group-owned companies.
Strong knowledge of company law and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Handling ROC/MCA filings, statutory compliance, and corporate governance.
Assisting in board meetings, documentation, and regulatory reports.
Salary: As per industry standards.
