About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site role for an In-House Counsel located in our Indian offices. The In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a variety of matters including contract negotiations, compliance, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring the company’s legal policies are compliant with current laws, and working closely with various departments to mitigate legal risks. Additionally, the Counsel will handle disputes and support corporate governance activities.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Legal expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
- Strong skills in legal drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts
- Experience in managing intellectual property issues and litigation cases
- Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); a Master’s degree is preferable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal counsel in a corporate setting or a law firm.
