About the Job Opportunity
– Provide legal support across a wide range of business functions, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and risk assessment
– Providing legal advice and opinions on various operational and strategic business matters
– Oversee corporate governance, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
– Manage litigation, consumer disputes, and regulatory proceedings, coordinating with external counsel where necessary
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance across all business operations
– Managing the company’s IP portfolio.
Eligibility & Qualifications
– We are looking for law graduates having 4-5 years relevant experience for this role. Prior experience in both Law Firm and in-house roles mandatory.
– Bachelor’s and/or post graduate degree in law.
– Sound knowledge of law and legal principles.
– Proficient in English (spoken and written) and MS Office tools.
– Proficiency in Kannada is preferred
