About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advocate located in Kanpur. The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation, managing legal documentation, and offering strategic legal advice. Day-to-day tasks will involve liaising with clients, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Advocate will work closely with various departments to support the company’s legal needs.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Legal research, counsel, and representation skills
- Experience in preparing and reviewing contracts, and managing legal documentation
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Experience in international business law is a plus
