About the Job Opportunity
Candidate with hands on experience of drafting the petition/ notice .
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Writ Petition, Legal Notices, SLP, Suits, etc.
- Managing all suits, disputes, police matters, recovery proceedings, cheque bouncing cases etc. Briefing the counsels, follow ups and extending guidance to the company representatives on appearance in various courts.
- Review of the progress of litigations with business, operations team with specific advice.
- Offering such other legal support as may be required by the Management / organization.
- Obtain state bar admission from nearby states Drafting pleadings and other legal documents, such as motions and discovery requests.
- Conducting research on legal issues associated with cases Interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and interviewing experts to support the case.
- Drafting legal briefs and motions to be submitted to the court.
- Presenting cases in court by arguing facts and citing laws.
- Must have the skills to convince a judge, jury, the other counsel.
- Knowledge of substantive and procedural law.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience
- Substantive knowledge on Law and Legal Procedures
- Knowledgeable about constitutional and civil law
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
