About the Job Opportunity

Candidate with hands on experience of drafting the petition/ notice .

Job Responsibilities:

Drafting of Writ Petition, Legal Notices, SLP, Suits, etc.
Managing all suits, disputes, police matters, recovery proceedings, cheque bouncing cases etc. Briefing the counsels, follow ups and extending guidance to the company representatives on appearance in various courts.
Review of the progress of litigations with business, operations team with specific advice.
Offering such other legal support as may be required by the Management / organization.
Obtain state bar admission from nearby states Drafting pleadings and other legal documents, such as motions and discovery requests.
Conducting research on legal issues associated with cases Interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and interviewing experts to support the case.
Drafting legal briefs and motions to be submitted to the court.
Presenting cases in court by arguing facts and citing laws.
Must have the skills to convince a judge, jury, the other counsel.
Knowledge of substantive and procedural law.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
