About the Job Opportunity

Assist in Handling all legal disputes, claims, and litigation involving the hospital.
Assist in Maintaining comprehensive records of all litigation cases and provide regular updates to the hospital management and corporate legal team.
Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, leases, and partnership agreements.
Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements, hospital policies, and industry standards.
Ensure timely renewals, amendments, or terminations as necessary.
Ensure all contracts are properly documented and accessible in the centralized contract management system for the hospital unit.
Help in Developing and implementing legal policies, procedures, and best practices to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Support the hospital management team in developing strategies to address potential legal risks and opportunities.
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact the hospital’s operations.
Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing, accreditation, and reporting obligations.

Eligibility & Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a legal professional, with experience in healthcare law being an advantage
Experience in litigation, contract management, and general corporate legal matters
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
