About the Job Opportunity

This is a full-time on-site role for an In-House Counsel at Mayur Sales in Kolkata. The In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to real estate development and technology.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of real estate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in commercial real estate development is a plus
• Law degree and bar admission
