The Company has been in the business of Constructing, Developing and Renting Self-owned Commercial office, Retail, Institutional and School Buildings to several large Institutions, Multinational Companies, Trade Commissions and Consulates since 1980. The company owns more than 10 properties situated mostly in Parel, Mumbai. Our portfolio includes a combination of Built-to-Suit properties (BTS) and Ready-to-Move in properties to meet the diverse needs of all our clients. Our rich experience allows us to provide the full gamut of real estate services, i.e., fully furnished offices with gardens, amenities and property maintenance services. We construct unique and custom designed buildings for clients. Our core strength is to maintain excellent customer relationships. Our oldest Multinational client has been with us for the last 35 years, since our company’s philosophy is to enter into long term Agreements of 30 years + with our clients. We develop properties across the entire Real Estate spectrum i.e., Residential, Commercial, Schools, Retail and Plots across India. We have projects in Mumbai, Pune and other cities in India.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of local, state, and central laws with respect to land, property and real estate transactions.
  • Title Due Diligence – reading and understanding all revenue documents to carry out a thorough due diligence of the property/ land and carrying out legal searches of various aspect of properties and lands and manage the transaction from start to finish
  • Drafting Agreements, MOUs, Sale Deeds, Conveyances, Contracts, Leave and License Agreements and other legal and non-litigation drafting.
  • Reviewing, maintaining and updating legal documents of all ongoing real estate transactions of the company.
  • Drafting Plaint, Written Statement, Writ Petition, Affidavits and other litigation drafting.
  • Attending matters in Court.
  • Knowledge and experience in both Litigation and Non Litigation matters.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years working experience with a law firm/ developer.
  • Should have a real estate background and preferably have a knowledge of property laws/ transactions/ documents, viz., 7/12, 6/12 etc. and all other revenue documents.
  • Expertise in drafting and good command over English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Should be fluent in Marathi (Written and Spoken)
