Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Legal Officer based in Kochi. The Legal Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable business laws, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and providing consultation on legal matters. Additionally, the position involves contract drafting, reviewing contract terms, and supporting various legal processes within the organization. The role also requires staying updated on industry-relevant legal changes and advising teams on potential implications.
Qualifications
Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
A strong understanding of Business Law and general legal principles.
Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation.
Proficiency in Contract Law, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
