Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist located in Pune. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries and concerns efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between clients and the organization. This role involves client-facing activities and a focus on delivering excellent support and solutions to meet client needs.

Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Communication capabilities
Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations
Proficiency in Customer Support with a focus on problem-solving
Ability to manage relationships and address client needs with professionalism
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Prior experience in legal or client-focused industries is an advantage
Good command of written and verbal English and preferably local languages
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
