Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role based in Jaipur. The Counselor will guide and support students in their law entrance exam preparation journey. Key responsibilities include counseling prospective students, addressing their queries, providing guidance on academic paths, and maintaining relationships with both students and parents to ensure an engaging learning experience. Additionally, the Counselor will contribute to creating a supportive and motivating environment conducive to student success.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to counsel and guide students and their families effectively
Organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail
Knowledge or experience in educational counseling or the law field is a plus
Proficiency in basic computer operations and office tools
Enthusiasm for student engagement and providing a positive learning experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas such as Education, Law, Psychology, or related fields
