Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Junior Operations Manager at KS Legal & Associates. The Junior Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, assist with project management, and ensure business processes run smoothly. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, collaborating with various teams, analyzing operational efficiency, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role also involves supporting routine administrative tasks, maintaining compliance with organizational standards, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Qualifications
Operational and process management skills, with an ability to oversee workflows and implement process improvements
Client Coordination on case updates and case papers
Strong organizational and administrative skills, ensuring efficiency in daily business activities
Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Proficiency in using business tools and software for managing projects, reports, and tracking performance
Ability to multitask, prioritize work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the legal field or a professional services environment is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
