Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer based in Mumbai. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across the company’s various business domains. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal consultations, ensuring compliance with business and contract law, and supporting regulatory and contractual needs. The Legal Officer will work closely with other departments to mitigate legal risks and support business operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Business Law, Contract Law, and general Law
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
Ability to prepare and review contracts and other legal agreements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of the hospitality and real estate industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) / (LLM)
Minimum 3 years of Working Experience
