About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Position in Corporate Law Practice, based in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing corporate legal matters, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating contracts, handling mergers and acquisitions, and representing the firm in legal proceedings. The role also involves mentoring junior lawyers and liaising with clients to provide tailored legal solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proven expertise in Corporate Law, Due Diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Contract Negotiation
- Strong skills in Legal Drafting, Legal Research, and Compliance
- Experience in handling complex legal transactions and providing strategic legal advice
- Effective Communication, Mentoring, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership skills
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Admission to the Bar Council and relevant professional certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; LLM preferred
