Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Intellectual Property Lawyer. The lawyer will handle various intellectual property matters, including preparing and filing patent applications, advising on trademark registrations, and offering expert legal advice on intellectual property law. Responsibilities also include protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Experience and expertise in Patent Applications, Patent Law, and Intellectual Property
In-depth knowledge of Trademarks and related legal procedures
Proven ability to provide accurate and strategic Legal Advice on intellectual property matters
Strong research and analytical skills to navigate complex legal scenarios
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; an advanced degree in Intellectual Property or related fields is an advantage
Licensure to practice law in applicable jurisdictions, with good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
Familiarity with technology-driven legal platforms is a plus
