Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, handling corporate governance, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The role will involve collaborating with various departments to address legal matters and support business operations.
Qualifications
Admitted to the Bar and in good standing
Expertise in Corporate Law, including contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts
Proficient in legal research, analysis, and writing
Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with AI-powered legal tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Law; a master’s or additional qualification in Corporate Law is preferred
