Role Description:
– Able to perform due diligence in corporate and litigation works.
– Well-versed with corporate contracts
– Preparing legal templates
– Streamline responses and communication on all legal matters assigned
– Drafting notices
– Monitoring & representing cases in the city’s local courts
– Legal Filings
Experience Required: 3 Years
Pre-Requisites
– Candidates must be from Vijayawada
– Strong Legal Research and writing skills
– Good Interpersonal skills
– Ability to work with strict deadlines
– Well adept in English & Telugu languages (Speak, Read & Write)
