Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Content Moderator based in Laxmi Nagar and Preet Vihar area. The Online Content Moderator will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and community guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing flagged content, providing feedback, addressing customer service queries related to content moderation, offering technical support, and maintaining a safe and positive online environment. The role involves real-time communication and prompt decision-making to moderate sensitive content effectively.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of online platforms and regulatory policies governing content moderation
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and reviewing user-generated content
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally and efficiently
Experience with Technical Support and Training to assist users and facilitate a seamless moderation process
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
