Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Manager located in Chennai. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance, managing legal documents, advising on legal matters, addressing legal affairs, and providing consulting support to the company. The role involves ensuring that the organization adheres to applicable laws and regulations while protecting its interests through legal strategies.
Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate legal matters is a plus
Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in Legal Compliance
Advanced skills in Legal Document Preparation and management
Proficiency in Legal Consulting and providing strategic legal advice
Experience handling Legal Affairs, including dispute resolution and risk management
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; an advanced law degree is an advantage
