Role Description
Role: Legal Adviser
Shift: General Shift
Work Mode: Hybrid
Job location: Pune
Relevant Exp: 8+ yrs
Candidate will have to draft, review, negotiate all types of local and cross boarder contracts and vendor contracts (IT & non IT) such as services agreement, rate contracts, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, SaaS, license agreement, confidentiality agreement, statement of works, etc.
Candidate will be responsible for handling end to end contract cycle;
Candidate will be responsible of providing legal advisory on various legal and compliance issues to all the corporate Functions and Delivery organization.
Candidate will have to provide support on various compliance issues considering organization policies and law of land.
Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills mandatorily.
Candidate should be able to provide advise on various data protection related issues, data protection agreements, etc.
Candidate should have experience in handling legal notices and litigations.
Candidate should have good Legal research skills and should be able to work in a team.
