Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Trainee Company Secretary. The Trainee Company Secretary will be responsible for assisting in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, preparing reports, providing administrative support, and coordinating with various departments. Additionally, the candidate will support in organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings, taking minutes, and liaising with external regulators and advisers.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Company Law and Secretarial Practices
Administrative skills, including record-keeping and document management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office)
A degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
Professional qualification or readiness to pursue Company Secretary (CS) qualification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
