Eligibility & Qualifications:

– Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a practicing lawyer.

– Court Experience: Proven experience in Trial Court, High Court, and Consumer Court.

– Location: Must be based in Mumbai.

– Legal Expertise: Capable of independently handling matters related to financial services.

– Skills: Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills are essential.
