About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking an Senior Legal Associate with over 9 to 12 years of experience in litigation and drafting to join our legal team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all cases of various diverse fields, and must be competent in drafting, pleadings, and briefing, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court proceedings.
b. Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
c. Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal procedures and deadlines.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Education: LL.B. / LL.M.
- Experience: 9 to 12 Years
- Salary- As per Industry Standards
