Salary:
Up to ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years in corporate legal services
Role & Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, Sale Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Policies, and other corporate contracts
🔹 Drafting legal notices, applications, and opinions on various subject matters
🔹 Providing legal advisory services to corporate clients
🔹 Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
Eligibility
Advocates with 5+ years of experience in corporate legal work
✔️ Strong expertise in contract drafting, legal compliance, and corporate advisory
✔️ Ability to work independently and handle multiple corporate clients
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
