Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investigations Manager located in Lucknow. The Investigations Manager will oversee the handling of claims investigations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards. Responsibilities include leading investigation processes, analyzing evidence, generating reports, coordinating with associated teams, and mitigating fraud risks. The role also involves maintaining communication with stakeholders and providing guidance to team members.
Qualifications
Proficient in Investigation Techniques, Fact-Finding, and Evidence Collection
Skilled in Fraud Detection, Risk Assessment, and Compliance Management
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Leadership Skills
Project Management and Analytical Thinking abilities
Knowledge of Insurance Processes, Claims Handling, and Industry Regulations
Proficiency in report writing and presentation
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in insurance, risk management, or related fields is an advantage
