Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Legal Executive specializing in Corporate Law. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, offering legal advice, and handling corporate law matters, including private placements. The role involves supporting corporate compliance, managing private equity transactions, conducting due diligence, and drafting necessary legal documents.
Qualifications
Expertise in Law and Legal Advice
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Conveyancing
Knowledge and experience in Property Law
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B or LL.M)
Experience in corporate compliance and private equity transactions is a plus
