Job Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on the entire range of Indian employment law, including:
✓ Employee lifecycle matters (recruitment, contracts, HR policies)
✓ Workforce restructuring, retrenchment, and employee separation
✓ Grievance redressal, disciplinary action, and compliance investigations
✓ Employment-related regulatory compliance (ID Act, S&E Acts, PoSH, etc.)
✓ Labour law due diligence
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, separation terms, non-compete clauses, and contractor arrangements
• Monitor and advise on evolving labor codes and regulatory reforms
• Provide internal training to client HR/legal teams on key employment law topics (e.g.,PoSH, whistleblower frameworks, diversity and inclusion)
• Mentor junior team members and support practice development initiatives
Eligibility & Qualifications:
• Law degree from an accredited law school
• 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in employment/labour law
• Prior experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal team with strong employment law exposure
