Job Responsibilities:
- Support in compliance related matters including compliance audit under various applicable law.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, deeds, petitions, affidavits, MOUs, letters to regulatory/ statutory authorities.
- Active participation in litigation matters including interacting with internal stakeholders, external legal counsels/ advocates, visit to courts.
- Support in corporate affairs (including under companies act, 2013) related matters.
- Administration of contract review and contract house databases, compliance and litigation management tools.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Academic Degree in Law with minimum 3 years’ experience as Legal counsel/Legal Advisor or similar position.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Functional Knowledge of Corporate, contract, labour laws, environmental and International Laws.
- Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Kannada).
- Computer Skills: MS Office.
