Job Description
- The candidate will assist attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of Indian and foreign trademark applications.
- Will be responsible for handling all aspects of trademark applications, including filings with the Indian Trademarks Office; performing preliminary trademark searches, drafting legal correspondences, etc.
- Updating and maintaining daily dockets for clients and following up on trademark application filings, prosecution, etc. with clients.
- Updating software databases, formulating and sending emails with clients/attorneys.
- Managing efficient and on-time project delivery with a high standard of quality client management.
- Should be able to independently maintain trackers of all projects, as allocated and instructed by the supervisor(s).
