Junior Associate (Fresher) – Law Firm

Position: Junior Associate

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Vacancy: 1

Mode: In-office (full-time)

Eligibility: Law Graduate (LL.B.)

Experience: Fresher (good internship experience will be preferred)

Start Date: Within 30 days

Timings: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday half-day)

Job Description

A boutique law firm engaged in corporate and commercial practice, contract drafting, due diligence, transactions, and intellectual property (trademarks) is looking for a motivated fresher (Law Graduate) to join as a Junior Associate. Key areas of work include:

Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation

Assisting in due diligence and compliance matters

Supporting corporate-commercial transactions

Handling trademark filings, oppositions, and related work

Conducting legal research and preparing notes/briefs

Skills Required

Good legal drafting and research skills

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Professional discipline and initiative

Communication skills (written & verbal)
