Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Case Officer role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing immigration and visa-related cases, which includes assessing client needs, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws. The role involves regular interactions with clients to provide guidance and updates on their cases. It also includes analyzing and organizing case data, addressing client inquiries, and liaising with relevant authorities to facilitate smooth application processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in multiple languages will be considered an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in case management and analytical skills for handling and organizing client cases efficiently
Basic understanding of legal frameworks, particularly pertaining to immigration and visa regulations
Ability to manage time effectively, solve problems, and demonstrate attention to detail
Experience in immigration services or relevant fields is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
