Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and more.
  • Provide sound legal advice to stakeholders and management on contractual obligations, risks, and compliance.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all business operations and processes.
  • Maintain and update contract templates and other legal documentation.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors when required.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and manage potential legal risks.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • LLB from a reputable institution.
  • 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in contract management and general corporate law.
  • Strong understanding of Indian contract law, corporate law, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude to address legal challenges.
