Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Professor of Law at Amity University’s Ranchi campus. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate law courses, conducting research in specialized areas of law, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. The role also involves preparing and delivering engaging lectures, conducting assessments, and participating in academic events and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
A doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or a postgraduate degree in Law is preferred.
Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, including specialization in areas such as Constitutional Law and Criminal Law.
Proficiency in conducting research, with a track record of scholarly publications or contributions to the legal field.
Effective teaching skills, with the ability to deliver lectures and mentor students effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues collaboratively.
Experience in academic teaching and practical exposure to legal practice is an advantage.
