About the Opportunity
Foresight Law Offices India is inviting applications from skilled and experienced professionals to be part of its White-Collar Crime and Investigations practice. The role offers an opportunity to work on high-stakes financial crime matters, regulatory investigations, and enforcement actions involving premier investigative agencies.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in financial crime, regulatory advisory, and enforcement proceedings, looking to work on complex and sensitive legal matters.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Advising and representing clients in white-collar crime and regulatory matters
- Handling matters involving financial crime, including money laundering, fraud, and corruption
- Managing proceedings involving agencies such as ED, CBI, and similar authorities
- Leading internal investigations and assisting in regulatory responses
- Providing strategic advisory on risk, compliance, and mitigation
- Working closely with clients on enforcement-led proceedings and disputes
Eligibility Criteria
- Partner Designate: 9–12 years’ PQE with strong experience in white-collar mandates
- Principal Associate: 6–8 years’ PQE in relevant domain
- Experience in handling matters involving ED, CBI, or similar agencies
- Strong working knowledge of PMLA and financial crime laws
- Proven experience in investigations, regulatory advisory, and enforcement actions
