About the Organisation

AI Assets Holding Limited (AIAHL) is a 100% Government of India PSU, established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for managing and monetizing Air India’s non-core assets and subsidiaries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: LL.B. or MBA (Legal/Regulatory specialization)
  (Preference for LL.M. or CS + LL.B.)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
• Experience in:
  • Corporate governance and compliance
  • Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate laws
  • Drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting in legal compliance and corporate governance frameworks
• Drafting contracts, tenders, agreements, and legal documents
• Handling corporate affairs and coordination with government authorities
• Managing legal documentation related to property and asset monetization
• Advising management on legal policies and compliance
• Engaging with legal counsels and external advisors

Skills Required

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Drafting and reporting skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
