About the Opportunity
YesMadam is looking for a dynamic Legal Manager who can support business growth while ensuring strong legal and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and can simplify complex legal frameworks for cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing the lifecycle of vendor contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and Terms & Conditions
- Identifying and resolving legal risks proactively
- Tracking statutory filings, licenses, and renewals
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Product teams on legal requirements
- Monitoring regulatory developments including DPDP Act, 2023, Consumer Protection laws, and IT laws
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal roles
- Preference for candidates with startup or consumer tech experience
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
