About the Opportunity
IIT Madras is inviting applications for the post of Legal Consultant to support its Legal Cell. The role involves working on legal drafting, contract analysis, and negotiation, offering valuable exposure in both litigation and corporate legal functions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Legal drafting and vetting
- Contract analysis and negotiation
- Handling desk-based legal work
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. (Preferably 2023/2024 pass-outs)
- LL.M. will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience (litigation or corporate legal department)
- Must have cleared AIBE (All India Bar Examination)
- Strong proficiency in English
- Good negotiation skills
Salary
- ₹35,000 per month (Consolidated)
