Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a junior associate Intern at Lex Premier. The junior associate/intern will assist in various legal tasks, including researching case laws, preparing legal documents, and participating in client meetings.
Responsibilities also include drafting, appearing before courts/tribunals, supporting litigation & arbitration processes, and aiding in corporate consultancy.
This position is based in New Chandigarh. No conveyance shall be provided.
Salary:-
Intership: Unpaid
Jr. Associate: $10,000/- to 725,000/- plus incentives
Qualifications:
• Valid Bar license is a must for the position of Junior Associate
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Law (For the position of intern)
• Proficiency in researching case laws and legal precedents
• Strong skills in preparing and drafting legal documents
• Familiarity with arbitration laws, CPC, BNSS, & BSA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates from Chandigarh Tricity & own vehicle may be preferred.
