About the Internship Opportunity
Rise India Foundation is inviting applications for an Internship in Legal and Community Work.
This internship is ideal for passionate individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the fields of law, social justice, and community development. Interns will work closely with our legal and outreach teams on various on-ground projects and advocacy initiatives.
Interns Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal research and drafting (RTI applications, legal letters, policy notes)
- Participate in field visits to communities, government departments, and institutions
- Support community data collection, surveys, and documentation
- Create and edit awareness and advocacy content for social media
- Contribute to the planning and execution of grassroots initiatives
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Final year or recently graduated students from LLB (3-year or 5-year) programs
- Final year or recently graduated students from BSW/MSW (social work) programs
- Strong writing and research skills
- Interest in community development and public policy
