Position Details

About the Role

The selected intern will work with the Legal Team and assist in:

• Legal research on laws, regulations, and case laws
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting:
  • Agreements
  • Notices
  • Legal documents
• Compliance-related work and legal documentation
• Preparing:
  • Legal summaries
  • Reports
  • Internal records
• Coordinating with internal teams on contractual and legal matters
• Assisting in litigation and dispute-related documentation

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the internship should:

• Be pursuing:
  • 3-year LL.B. course; or
  • 5-year integrated law course
• Possess:
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Good communication and analytical abilities

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in:
  • MS Office
  • Legal research databases

• Candidates must be available for:
  • Immediate joining
  • Full-time office presence throughout the internship duration
