We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern with a strong interest in legal operations, legal research, and legal technology. This role is ideal for someone excited about automation, legal systems, and improving how legal teams function. You’ll work closely with our legal operations team and assist in building scalable processes, researching legal issues, and supporting tech-based legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and refining internal legal workflows.
- Support documentation, process mapping, and SOP creation.
- Help ensure consistency and accuracy across legal operations.
- Work with legal tech tools used for contract management, workflow automation, and data handling.
- Support the implementation and testing of new legal tech products or features.
- Analyze operational gaps and propose improvements.
Qualifications
- Law students (3rd year and above) or recent graduates.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Interest in legal technology, automation, or operations.
- Basic familiarity with contract lifecycle management, workflow tools, or legal tech platforms (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly.
