Dr. Bapoo Malcolm (BA, LLB, D-Litt.) is a seasoned advocate with nearly two decades of experience in litigation. He practices actively at the Bombay High Court and also appears before the Supreme Court of India, arbitral tribunals, debt recovery tribunals, as well as district and civil courts in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Daman. He is an empanelled arbitrator with the Bombay High Court, making him a respected figure in the field of dispute resolution.
Dr. Malcolm is frequently invited to speak at webinars organized by student bodies and professional organizations, where he shares his vast legal knowledge and experience. His expertise also extends to legal writing, having authored a regular column titled You Be the Judge in Moneylife Magazine, with over 100 published articles.
