ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Vivek Goyal is the distinguished Founder of Lawshetra, a premier online legal education platform. With a profound commitment to advancing legal education, Dr. Goyal has established himself as a notable figure in the legal academic landscape.
Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Law, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, New Delhi Campus, Dr. Goyal brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. His previous leadership as the Head of the Department of BBALLB programme at the University underscores his dedication to academic excellence and student empowerment.
Dr. Goyal’s professional journey extends beyond academia, as evidenced by his tenure as a Law Officer at PEC Ltd., a PSU under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. His diverse background also includes a Ph.D. in Sports Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, complemented by an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the esteemed Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
An alumnus of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Dr. Goyal holds an LL.B. degree and further enriches his academic profile with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Punjab Technical University. His academic achievements have been recognized with the prestigious UGC NET and JRF awards.
Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Dr. Goyal has demonstrated a keen interest in the judiciary domain, having appeared for various state judiciary exams mains and interviews.
